Elizabeth has been involved in the cryptocurrency space since early 2013. She serves on the board of Code to Inspire, the first Girls’ Coding School in Afghanistan, and consults for several blockchain based companies. As an early Bitcoin advocate, she served as the first elected member of the Board of Directors for the Bitcoin Foundation, she has handled business development for bridge21 and Coinsecure and nonprofit and political outreach for BitPay. She previously ran Bitcoin Magazine, the first print publication on cryptocurrency. Prior to getting involved in Bitcoin, she worked for a US Member of Congress. She is passionate about the role of cryptocurrency as a catalyst for financial inclusion and freedom.
